Safety precuations of sintering furnace:
1. Cut off the power when the oven is not in use.
2. Clean the oven every two months.
Clean furnace method:
1. Crush the waste zirconia (white zirconia) into small pieces 5-10 mm in size.
2. Put 4-6 pieces into the sinter plate (in the crucible), close the lid, then take 8-10 pieces and place the sinter plate in the
middle of the oven.
Sintering procedure:
Ambient temperature --10℃/min Heating speed -- heated to 1600℃-- 2 hours of heat preservation -- natural cooling.
Repeat combustion until white zirconium color air permeability is normal and oven is clean.
